Do you offer EMI or instalment options? +
Yes! We offer 0% EMI through leading payment partners for courses above ₹10,000. EMI durations of 3, 6, and 12 months are available. We also have scholarship programs for students and early-career professionals.
What is your Exam Pass Guarantee? +
If you complete 80% of the course content, attend all live sessions, and attempt all practice exams but still don't pass your certification exam on the first attempt — we give you a complete course retake at no cost. No questions asked.
Are courses available online, in-person, or both? +
All three options are available! We offer live online classes (real-time, instructor-led), in-person classroom training at our 6 centres, self-paced video courses on our e-learning platform, and hybrid models for corporate clients.
How quickly can a corporate training program start? +
For standard programs using our existing curriculum, we can typically start within 2 weeks of signing. For fully customized programs requiring content development, allow 3–4 weeks for curriculum design and trainer assignment.
Do you provide job placement assistance? +
Yes. All enrolled students get access to our career services — resume review, LinkedIn optimization, mock technical interviews, and access to our hiring partner network of 500+ companies. We do not guarantee jobs, but our placement rate exceeds 95% within 6 months of certification.
Can I get a refund if I'm not satisfied? +
We offer a 7-day full refund policy. If you're not satisfied within the first week of starting a course (or 3 days for self-paced courses), you can request a complete refund — no forms, no hassle.
