We stand behind the quality of our courses. If you're not satisfied within the first 7 days of course access, request a full refund — no complicated forms, no arguments, no hard feelings. Your satisfaction matters more to us than the transaction.
1. Overview
At Novexa Skills, we believe that if you are not satisfied with our training, you should not have to pay for it. This Refund Policy governs all purchases made on novexaskills.com or directly with our team for individual course enrolments, self-paced subscriptions, and corporate training programmes.
This policy applies to all customers in India. For customers outside India, local consumer protection regulations may entitle you to additional rights, which we will always honour.
2. Refund Eligibility — Individual Courses
2.1 Instructor-Led Training (Online / Classroom)
- Full Refund: Requested within 7 calendar days of course commencement, provided you have attended no more than 2 live sessions and have not accessed more than 20% of any associated digital materials.
- 50% Refund: Requested after 7 days but within 14 days of course commencement, provided you have attended fewer than 4 live sessions. No refund beyond 14 days from course start.
- Pre-Commencement Cancellation: If you cancel your enrolment more than 7 days before the course start date, you are entitled to a full refund. If you cancel 3–7 days before start, a 10% administrative fee applies. Cancellations within 72 hours of start are not eligible for a refund but may be rescheduled (see Section 6).
2.2 Self-Paced / E-Learning Courses
- Full Refund: Requested within 7 calendar days of purchase, provided you have completed no more than 15% of the course content.
- No Refund: Once more than 15% of the course content has been consumed, or after 7 days from the date of purchase, whichever comes first.
2.3 Subscription Plans
- Monthly subscriptions: Full refund if requested within 3 days of the billing date and fewer than 5 courses have been accessed.
- Annual subscriptions: Full refund if requested within 7 days of purchase and fewer than 3 courses have been accessed. After 7 days, a pro-rated refund for unused months (rounded down) may be issued at our discretion.
- Subscriptions cancelled after the refund window will not be prorated for the remaining subscription period.

4. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refund under any circumstances:
- Certification Exam Vouchers: Once issued to you, exam vouchers purchased through Novexa Skills are non-refundable, as they are activated immediately upon issuance by the certification body.
- Study Materials & Books: Physical books, printed study guides, or downloadable PDF materials that have been dispatched or downloaded.
- Personalised Mentorship Sessions: One-on-one mentoring sessions that have already been conducted.
- Processing Fees: Payment gateway transaction fees (typically 2–3%) are non-refundable regardless of the reason for refund.
- Courses Completed: Courses where a certificate of completion has been issued.
- Accounts Terminated for Policy Violations: No refund is issued if your account is terminated due to a breach of our Terms of Use.
5. Corporate & Batch Training
Refund terms for corporate training engagements are governed by the signed Statement of Work (SOW) or service agreement. In the absence of specific contractual terms, the following apply:
- Cancellation >21 days before programme start: Full refund of any advance payment received.
- Cancellation 8–21 days before programme start: 50% refund of total programme fee or advance paid, whichever is lower.
- Cancellation within 7 days of programme start: No refund. The programme may be rescheduled once at no additional charge within 90 days.
- Partial Delivery: If Novexa Skills is unable to complete a training programme as contracted, a pro-rated refund for undelivered sessions will be issued.
All corporate refund requests must be submitted in writing to enterprise@novexaskills.com by an authorised representative of the client organisation.
6. Course Rescheduling & Transfers
If you are unable to attend a course you have paid for, we offer the following alternatives:
- Free Reschedule: You may reschedule your enrolment to the next available batch of the same course at no charge, provided you notify us at least 72 hours before the original course start date. This option is available once per enrolment.
- Course Transfer: You may transfer your enrolment to a different course of equal or lesser value, subject to availability and at least 72 hours' notice. If the new course costs more, the difference is payable.
- Credit Transfer: Rather than a refund, you may opt to receive a Novexa Skills credit note of equivalent value, valid for 12 months from the date of issue, redeemable against any course or service.
Rescheduling and transfers are not available once a course has commenced.
7. Exam Pass Guarantee — Retake Policy
The Exam Pass Guarantee (detailed in our Terms of Use) entitles eligible students who fail their certification exam on the first attempt to a free retake of the training course. This is a course retake benefit — not a monetary refund. It does not cover:
- Exam registration or re-sit fees charged by the certification body.
- Travel, accommodation, or other incidental costs.
- Students who did not meet the eligibility criteria (minimum attendance, module completion, practice exam requirements).
To claim the Exam Pass Guarantee, email your official exam score report to support@novexaskills.com within 7 days of your exam date, along with your course enrolment ID.
8. How to Request a Refund
Submitting a refund request is simple:

Include Key Details
Your registered email address, order/enrolment ID (from your confirmation email), reason for the refund request, and your preferred refund method (original payment method or bank transfer).

Receive Acknowledgement
We will acknowledge your request within 1 business day and confirm whether your request is eligible under this policy.

Refund Processed
Eligible refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. The amount will be credited back to your original payment method or bank account as per your preference.

9. Refund Processing & Timeline
- Credit / Debit Card: Refunds are credited back to your card within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank's processing time.
- UPI / Net Banking: Refunds are credited within 3–5 business days.
- EMI Plans: Refunds for EMI transactions are processed to the original card. Future EMI instalments will be cancelled. Already-paid instalments will be refunded minus any EMI processing charges levied by the bank.
- Bank Transfer (NEFT/RTGS): Processed within 5–7 business days once your bank details are confirmed.
- Novexa Skills Credit Note: Issued instantly and valid for 12 months.
We will send you a confirmation email once your refund has been initiated. Please note that once processed on our end, the timeline is governed by your bank or payment provider.
10. Disputes & Escalation
If you believe your refund request has been incorrectly denied, you may escalate by:
- Emailing our Grievance Officer at grievance@novexaskills.com with a detailed explanation and any supporting evidence.
- Calling +91 9758996904 and requesting to speak with a senior customer success manager.
We commit to reviewing all escalated disputes within 5 business days and providing a written resolution. If you remain dissatisfied, you may pursue resolution through the consumer disputes redressal mechanisms available under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (India), or through the dispute resolution process outlined in our Terms of Use.
11. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective from the date of posting on our website. The policy applicable to your purchase is the one in effect at the time of your transaction. We encourage you to review this page before making a purchase.
